On the 12th of May 2002, PEACE Publication Ltd. published what is claimed to be the first Ultimate Recipe for the Universe, or the first Ultimate Theory of Everything, in a 666 page book titled: THE LITTLE SCROLL. The theory presented in the book, which in short is called "The QF-theory", is a “Complete Unified Theory” (CUT) paradigm that explains in detail the creation process of the Big Bang, explaining the relationship and connects the two theories of Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity in detail and then crowns this by the explanations for the Observer. This means that the theory connects into his DNA-molecular structure and thus offers the first fundamental explanations for the phenomena that is his Life.

The subject of the book THE LITTLE SCROLL, and the QF-theory is further discussed in an other PEACE Publication Ltd. home pages, "The PEACE-files", which are in three different parts: "The Physics Files" and "The Prophesy Files", but the book itself is described in the third file: "The Unification Files". Since the QF-theory claims to be a Theory of Everything that includes Life and the Observer and all that has to do with his existence, it must also satisfy the demands for the grand unification of all of man’s deterministic- and spiritual-sciences! This the theory achieves by presenting the solution to the riddle of Life, Consciousness and the Spiritual Disciplines of man in the language of contemporary physics and biology. In a 1994 BBC television program named A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME presenting the life and times of the brilliant mathematician, physicist and cosmologist, Professor Stephen Hawking, Lucasian Professor of mathematics at Cambridge University. The title of this television program on the life of this world renowned cosmologist and theoretical physicist, comes from his 1988 book titled A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME, in which he describes the declared quest of his life, to discover the ultimate unification theory in physics. This equation, or set of equations, is in essence not only the holy grail of physics but of all of man's scientific endeavor, and fittingly the professor concludes his book with the following remarks: “However, if we do discover a complete theory, it should in time be understandable in broad principle by everyone, not just a few scientists. Then we shall all, philosophers, scientists, and just ordinary people, be able to take part in the discussion of why it is that we and the universe exist. If we find the answer to that, it would be the ultimate triumph of human reason—for then we would truly know the mind of God.” The last four words in this contemplations are then used as a title for another book on this subject, by the brilliant writer, Professor Paul Davis, the successor, or heir apparent, to the famous physicists and popularizer of physics Sir Arthur Stanley Eddington. The title of that book is THE MIND OF GOD. The Scientific Basis for a Rational World, in which Professor Davis contemplates and argues the prospect for the discovery of the all-encompassing unification theory, or, the ultimate thoughts of that God may have been thinking when he created the Universe. Professor Albert Einstein himself had already described his search using similar metaphors: "I want to know how God created this world. I am not interested in this or that phenomenon, in the spectrum of this or that element; I want to know His thoughts; the rest are details." but we suspect that these metaphors from Hawking and Davis may have their origin in this remark by Einstein. The last chapter in Devises book carries the title "The Mystery at the End of the Universe", but in in it Davis confronts the skepticism that has settled into the community of theoretical physicists with the suggestion that there is still a domain remaining, which may have the possibility of providing the ultimate answer to the mystery at the end of the Universe. However, there is another book that touches this subject in a different way, but that is a collection of essays be the late Nobel laureate, Sir Peter Medawar called THE LIMITS OF SCIENCE. In the boo Medawar discusses the improbability of a scientist "intending deliberately to make a fundamental discovery" and points out that the fundamental discoveries have almost always been "co-incidental" or "serendipitous" events, where the discoverer was usually looking for something else. However, once the fundamental discovery has been made, it may lead to in numerous consequential discoveries, or rather, developments, founded in the original idea.

Currently physics has reached a stalemate in its endeavor at discovering the ultimate unification theory, this both at the level of theoretical physics and experimental physics. This is manifested in the limits of mathematics discovered in 1931 in the Incompleteness Theorem by Kurt Gödel and also accelerator limits currently being reached. Notwithstanding this, theorists are hard at work creating ever weirder theories containing multi-dimensions that can nowhere be found and ever wilder Big Bang scenarios in an attempt to overcome the limits of mathematics. In all this the demand for the inclusion of the Observer has been residing further out of reach, but in essence all questions that have to do with the ultimate definition of reality in physics have have also fundamentally to do with the riddles of the human brain and its mechanism, rather than any of the suggested neurological or neuro-chemical explanations. Since the QF-theory claims to be a Theory of Everything that includes the Observer, then obviously it must answer these question of Professor Hawking, otherwise it would be making false claims.

These questions by the mathematics professor are indeed answered and explained by the QF-theory, showing us that it is indeed possible for us to know the Mind of God, but not on the terms of our ego-will, but it is in the part of the brain that houses the ego that the mathematical abilities exist. What is more significant is that this cannot be achieved through mathematics as Professor Hawking suggests, when he tell us that he is convinced that: "God understands that language". This means that the QF-theory explains why men have such concepts as "God" and "Devil" and why it is that so few have any insights into these concepts. This has to do with one of the more remarkable findings of the QF-theory, which shows us that most of our mythical and religious stories, have to do with the higher reality of our brains--the creation and causative reality. The reality that is always trying to pass on to us information in the form of the mythical and religious metaphors, which we fail to understand due to the alterations in brains caused by our consumption of chemicals that replace our natural neuro-transmitters.

In this realization the most amazing part was the discovery that much of man's mythical and religious metaphors were metaphorical descriptions of quantum mechanical processes taking place in our brains and consciousness. This would then lead to the realization that the Biblical New Testament, Book of Revelation, was a metaphorical description of the history of discovery of the QF-theory. This would then lead to the title of the book presenting the QF-theory, becoming THE LITTLE SCROLL. The book, THE LITTLE SCROLL, presents The Ultimate Explanations for the Universe, Life and Consciousness. It not only presents the unification of the four forces of nature, but further presents a connection of physics to the Genome (DNA). It thus unifies the physical sciences and spiritual sciences of Man: It is the Ultimate Theory of Everything. The Ultimate Truth for Humanity. The foundation of THE LITTLE SCROLL is in the fact that modern theoretical physics (quantum physics) and experimental physics have reached the ultimate dead end in their research. The mathematical theorizations of theoretical physics are unable to resolve the first part of The First Second of Creation and the relationship between quantum mechanics and general relativity, as predicted by the 1931 Incompleteness Theorem of Dr. Kurt Gödel. The solution to the riddle of The First Second of Creation came to the author of the QF-theory, through his connecting this unexplained 1931 mathematical fact, to the 1931 Nobel prize discovery of the Brain's Fundamental Functional Program by Professor Roger Sperry, an insight results in the solution to numerous unresolvable situations in the sciences of man.

To confound this stalemate situation of physics, then experimental physics has just about reached its limits, which are hopelessly far removed from the energies that would produce the ultimate verification insights sought in physics and biology. By applying an alternate mathematical method--achieved by the author of THE LITTLE SCROLL through meditation transcendence--he has solves the unsolved riddles of physics and biology. The alternate method is a graphical set-mathematical method invented by the British logician, John Venn, and may be understood be anyone who is interested enough. Through the methods model for the photon, the theory achieves the ultimate explanation for consciousness, and through the methods model for the electron it achieves the ultimate explanation for the brain's fundamental programming. Through this it further solves the riddles of Life, which includes the explanations for the basic arrangement of the programs of the Human Genome. This eventually resolves the greatest riddle of all riddles, the fundamental riddle of the sciences of humanity; This is the Riddle of the Asymmetry of the Human brain and its Causes, which is presented in THE LITTLE SCROLL.

Since the claim of the QF-theory is that it is the Ultimate Theory of Everything, then it must follow that it can answer any questions posed to it. Were it not like that, then the claim would be false and the theory not true. It is thus the challenge suggested by the contemplation of Professor Stephen Hawking at the closure of his book, A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME.

There the professor suggests that once we have the ultimate unification theory "we shall all, philosophers, scientists, and just ordinary people, be able to take part in the discussion of why it is that we and the universe exist". This leaves open a myriad of questions that the Ultimate Theory of Everything should be able to answer and this is the reason for this file of QF-letters. To begin the task of tackling the most pressing questions regarding the unification and its consequences.

However, the scope, details and the current state of the leading edge of scientific research involving such a paradigm as the Ultimate Theory of Everything, is so enormous, that one man cannot be expected to search out and research all the details and analyze them in such a manner that they may be presentable to the broad public in a simplistic, understandable and clear manner. The completion of the analyzes of the QF-theory will require generations of research work. This is just the beginning of the work.

The QF-theory is just that, a THEORY, which represents a construct of our brain's understanding of nature. In turn the nature of theories is that they remain theories until they are either--show to be wrong--in which case they perish, or they are--shown to be true--in which case they stop being theories and become representations of the Laws of Nature. A theory that represents the first founding truth of the Universe, is bound to be initially extremely simplistic but growing rapidly into composite complexities looking like a jigsaw- puzzle, which is by some referred to with the Greek word, paradigm, meaning something shown from all sides. This in turn means that any such theory of the beginning of the Universe will in its foundation be a relatively simple proposition. However, there can only be on such true theory, since we have only one Universe, with unique connections into Life and Consciousness, but the explanations into the complexity of the current state of the Universe will rapidly become complex.

As concerns those who involve themselves in the initial analyzes of the QF-theory, then its fundamental physics proof lies is its particle-spin predictions, but its main affirmation come in its connection into biology and the consequent power to explain the human brain, its functions and malfunctions. The QF-Letters is the continuation of the initial analyzes of the theory that are made in the third part of the book that presents it, THE LITTLE SCROLL, but they are not in the form of formal scientific papers, rather attempts at making the insights of the QF-theory assessable by everyone. In this effort the most disturbing finding of the QF-theory can not be ignored, but this is the theory's finding that our traditional scientific approaches can NEVER find this theory, owing to the collective alteration in the reality perception programming of the human brain.

As a part of the initial interpretation effort of the QF-theory that the reader is invited to send in his riddles, questions or requests for interpretations of natural phenomena. For this purpose an accompanying copy of some publications involving the mystery may be of great help and is of particular interest for the purpose of a presentation in the QF-Letters file. However, the inquisitor should be aware that for the here previously stated reasons, it may be that research information or experimental proof are not jet available for his particular question, but in that case, this will be reflected in the analyzes.
